Refund policy

We hope you love your Nora Turner piece. Each item is made with care and lots of love. ♡

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage caused after delivery or alterations may not be eligible for return.

Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@noraturner.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

We will review your request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send your order back to the address shown on the original shipping package. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted or processed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every Nora Turner piece is carefully prepared, but if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@noraturner.com.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with the appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

As we currently offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING, there is no original standard shipping charge to refund.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or another piece, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Always contact us at contact@noraturner.com before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

A NOTE ABOUT HANDMADE PIECES

Nora Turner pieces are handmade with care. Small variations between pieces may occur as part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
